Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate clearly with store management and team members.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide prompt customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
