Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate positivity and teamwork by collaborating with team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with their shopping needs and providing excellent service.
• Follow company policies, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including a cash register and other store tools.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior work experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work both independently and in a team, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
