Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the ALDI team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store looks its best at all times.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High School Diploma preferred, with retail experience beneficial.
