Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Proficient in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
