We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to uphold security.
- Perform general cleaning duties and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
