Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. As a key member, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
  • Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
