Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and follow cash policies.
- Adhere to company procedures, maintain security, and handle confidential information responsibly.
Physical Demands
- Stock and arrange products up to 45 pounds on shelves at different heights.
- Engage in various physical activities around the store to ensure its upkeep.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
- Able to use store equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous.
