Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and follow cash policies.
  • Adhere to company procedures, maintain security, and handle confidential information responsibly.

Physical Demands

  • Stock and arrange products up to 45 pounds on shelves at different heights.
  • Engage in various physical activities around the store to ensure its upkeep.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
  • Able to use store equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous.
