Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Conduct inventory checks and report any issues to management
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in cash register operation
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma preferred
