Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, enhancing overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies. Your responsibilities will include training and fostering growth within the team, ensuring adherence to company policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify and provide training opportunities for team development.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product freshness, and appropriate stock levels.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret company policies and drive team performance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
