Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
