Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.
- Assisting customers with their shopping experience and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
- Following company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
- Performing general cleaning duties and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
