Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Give feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
