Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and uphold professional standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with inquiries, collaborate with team members, and report feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
