Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandising displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
