We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, minimize losses, and ensure data security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
