Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment. As a Store Associate, you will stock merchandise, assist customers, and collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
