Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by assisting with merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Process customer purchases, maintain product displays, and stock shelves neatly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
