Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's operations by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute to inventory management and report product issues.
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
- Adhere to security protocols to safeguard company assets and information.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing various physical tasks within the store environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
