Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide feedback to management on product quality, inventory, and any issues.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
