Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
