Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting daily operations to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and maintain professional skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide superior customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of data and documents.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and stocking merchandise.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
