We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
