Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at Aldi. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, operating machinery, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and upholding security and confidentiality.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create merchandised displays.
• Organize inventory, operate machinery, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of company products and services.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus.
