Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of the store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Capable of lifting and stocking items up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
