Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Report product feedback, monitor inventory, and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and operate store equipment
• Work independently and in a team, follow instructions, and multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
