Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
