Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance for an exceptional customer shopping experience. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
