Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate necessary equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
