Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and essential store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
