Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow established company procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of meeting company cleanliness and communication standards
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
