Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising to cashiering, your responsibilities will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and providing product information.
• Stock shelves and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions efficiently.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
