Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and support the overall shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Assist in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
- Prior work experience in retail is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and organizational skills
