Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
