Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate openly and collaborate with the store management and team members.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory processes and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt service to customers.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
