Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your contributions will directly impact the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Job Type:

Full-Time

Salary:

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor and report inventory issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
