Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
