Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Provide feedback to management on inventory and customer service issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security measures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
