Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our warehouse team at ALDI as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees. You will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, relocating, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, strive for success, and organize tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying warehouse conditions.
