1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi. As a part-time Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
