Job Description

We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of products through our warehouse to our stores, providing our customers with quality goods. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
