1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
