Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a dynamic work environment. You will receive thorough training and work within a safety-focused culture to achieve success.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to optimize processes.
- Inspect product quality and report any issues.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move products, work in varying temperatures, and operate equipment.
