1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow proper procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaborative competencies.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute warehouse tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
