1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and participating in warehouse inventory tasks. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
