Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise strategically.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and report issues.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate quality, safety, and teamwork competencies.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
