1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating stock to fulfill store orders. You will also play a key role in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
