1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
