Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker at Aldi. With an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our warehouse. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in conducting warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
