1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at ALDI. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, and efficient organizational behavior.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in various temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
