Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. You will play a crucial part in maintaining warehouse standards and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
